Welcome to www.fancyprint.my. This website is provided by Fancy Print Studio (Elima Bumi (M) Sdn. Bhd.) as a service to our customers.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other terms existing on the website or in relation to any promotions or orders.

Fancy Print Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review them regularly.

Certain circumstances are beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you
• Inferior quality or low-resolution uploaded printing artwork files
• Design errors or colour selection errors in artwork you submitted
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type, size, finishing, or quantity
• Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or non-compliant file submissions
• Colour match guarantee without a hardcopy proof approval
• Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files
• Duplicate orders placed by the customer
• Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, die cutting, or other custom services

If the artwork is not received or does not meet our requirements, processing will be paused until we receive your complete working artwork. Processing days will begin from the day we receive your compliant artwork.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and you must proofread all files carefully before submitting to Fancy Print Studio.

You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. Do NOT send any "one-of-a-kind" transparencies, prints, or artwork. We are NOT responsible for the loss or damage of images or artwork.

All artwork must be submitted in CMYK mode. All RGB or Spot colours will be converted to CMYK for printing. Fancy Print Studio will not be responsible for any colour shift dispute due to colour conversion.

There is no guarantee for the same colour as compared to screen or online proof colours. There may be significant changes when converting from screen-calibrated RGB to the printer-based CMYK profile.

You agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files containing material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability, or infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

All prices and amounts shown on this site are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise noted. All charges, taxes, and shipping/processing fees will be automatically applied.

Once a print job has been approved and sent to press, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. You are responsible for paying the entire amount of that print job.

All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Your order will be ready once we have received full payment within 3–4 working days.

In the event of stock unavailability, we may need to source from other stock locations. We will inform you within 2–3 business days and seek your kind understanding in the delay.

If we fail to deliver to the address provided and receive no feedback from you, your package will be returned to our shop and you will need to collect it from:

If you need us to redeliver, delivery charges will apply.

Our delivery service may request a signature from the intended recipient. In circumstances where our driver fails to deliver to the intended recipient, the order may be delivered to the reception of the recipient's address, with a signature obtained as proof of delivery.

Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed, your print-ready files have been uploaded, and approved for printing. If proof is approved before 6:00 p.m., turnaround begins that business day.

Fancy Print Studio offices are closed on Sundays, Public Holidays. These days are not counted in turnaround time. Shipping transit time is also not included.

• Same Day Job (below 1,000 sqft) — artwork & full payment before 12pm, collect after 6:30pm same day
• Urgent Job (below 1,000 sqft) — artwork & full payment before 1pm, collect after 5:30pm next day

Price estimates are based on Fancy Print Studio's current costs of production and, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to amendment at any time after acceptance, where such amendment is required to meet any rise or fall in such costs.

User access to all or part of this site may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.
